Arcoiris Feliz (hereinafter, “the Salon and Yuzuki”) collects personal information relating to users (hereinafter, “Users”) in connection with the provision of attunements, healings, energy work, various text-based courses, custom one-to-one courses, email and telephone consultations, readings, counseling, coaching, various consulting services, writing/editing/ghostwriting, design/artwork, and subscription content (collectively, the “Services”).

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies when the Salon and Yuzuki obtains, uses, and manages personal information from Users.

Article 2 (Information Collected)

The Salon and Yuzuki obtains the following information from Users:

1. Name

2. Address

3. Date of birth

4. Age

5. Contact details

6. IP address

7. Content shared in email/telephone consultations and within courses

8. Transaction records and payment information, including personal information exchanged between the User and our payment partners or other business partners

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

The Salon and Yuzuki collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services

2. To send notices necessary for the operation of the Services

3. To inform Users of new features and updates relating to the Services

4. To respond to inquiries and provide after-sales support

5. To prevent unauthorized access and misuse

6. To communicate regarding services or initiatives conducted by the Salon and Yuzuki

7. For billing Users in connection with paid Services

8. For purposes incidental to the purposes listed above

Article 4 (Security Measures)

The Salon and Yuzuki takes necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information and to manage such information appropriately. An outline of our security measures is as follows:

1. Measures to prevent theft or loss of devices that handle personal information (including storage of devices in locked cabinets and setting passwords)

2. Clarification of devices and authorized personnel who may handle personal information, in order to prevent unnecessary access

3. Keeping operating systems on devices that handle personal information up to date

5. Installing security software and similar protections on devices that handle personal information

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. Except in the cases listed below, the Salon and Yuzuki will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the User.

(1) When required by laws and regulations

(2) When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the User’s consent

(3) When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the User’s consent

(4) When cooperation is necessary with a national or local governmental body, or a person entrusted by such body, in performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the User’s consent may impede the performance of such affairs

(5) In any other case where an exception to restrictions on third-party provision is permitted by law

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases do not constitute provision to a “third party”:

(1) When personal information is provided in connection with entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use

(2) When personal information is provided as part of a business succession due to merger or other reasons

Article 6 (Amendments to this Policy)

The Salon and Yuzuki may amend this Policy without prior notice to Users when necessary to comply with changes in laws and regulations or for operational reasons. If we make amendments, we will post the revised Policy on this website. Unless otherwise specified by the Salon and Yuzuki, the amended Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
