All devices used for business purposes, such as computers and tablets, are equipped with reliable, paid security software. Continuous malware monitoring and regular system scans are conducted to maintain and enhance safety.
■ Handling of Personal Information
Client communications and personal information are, as a general rule, not stored on external media or transferred to unnecessary cloud services. Instead, they are managed strictly within a controlled local environment.
For payment processing, we use external services such as PayPal, which meet high security standards, to ensure maximum safety.
■ Management of Communication Environment
To eliminate the risks of eavesdropping or interception, we never use public wireless LAN (free Wi-Fi). All business is conducted exclusively through safe and reliable network environments.
■ Access Monitoring and Incident Response
Suspicious login attempts and potential signs of attack are continuously monitored through access log checks. In the unlikely event of an incident, we maintain a system that allows for swift and appropriate response.

At Arcoiris Feliz, all business-related accounts—including Google Workspace—are centrally managed directly by the founder. Account and data management are regarded as matters of the utmost importance and confidentiality.
Currently, the Gemini App (Generative AI) provided by Google is designed to integrate with Google services such as Docs, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, enabling AI to access and process information based on user inputs.
Given this design, we recognize the need for careful consideration regarding the following points:
■ Concerns Regarding General Use of Gemini
☑ Prompts entered into Gemini may, depending on the user, contain highly confidential information.
☑ Gemini is structured to access data across the entire Google Workspace environment.
☑ There is a nonzero risk that sensitive information—such as communications with clients, personal details, or consultation contents—may inadvertently be transmitted to the AI.
Taking these concerns into account, our site has disabled (deactivated) the use of the Gemini App. We ensure that business-related communications, records, and management information remain secure in an environment not mediated by third-party AI services, with strict administrative controls applied.
■ Key Security Measures
☑ Explicitly disabling AI integration features through Google Workspace administrator privileges.
☑ Centralized account and user management, with strict monitoring and restriction of devices and usage environments.
