The following constitutes the Disclaimer & Terms of Use of Arcoiris Feliz (hereinafter referred to as “the Salon” and “Yuzuki”). While every effort shall be made to ensure safe and pleasant transactions, this document sets forth matters to be acknowledged in advance regarding all services provided by the Salon and Yuzuki, including but not limited to attunements, healings, energy work, text courses, custom-made individual lessons, email support, consultations, divinations, counseling, coaching, consulting, writing, editing, proofreading, design, artwork, and subscription content (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”).

 

By placing an order, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the contents set forth herein as well as all information published on this website, and the Salon shall proceed with the preparation and provision of the Services accordingly.

 

(1) Attunement Fees 

Where the founder has determined fees, such fees shall prevail. Founder manuals are gifts from the founder and are not included in the fee. Supplementary materials provided by the Salon may accompany certain attunements, but not all. These too shall be deemed gifts. “Delivery of visions captured during the attunement” and “support regarding the energy” are paid options. Certificates of completion shall be issued free of charge, except where expressly prohibited by the founder.

 

(2) Possible Reactions

Attunements and healings may give rise to various healing reactions. By applying, you acknowledge this in advance. The Salon and Yuzuki shall bear no liability for any physical or mental conditions arising therefrom. Attunements and healings shall not be provided to individuals who are pregnant, suspected to be pregnant, or under psychiatric care. Applications shall be made strictly at your own risk and responsibility.

 

(3) No Instant Results

Attunements, healings, and block releases shall not be construed as providing instantaneous transformation of reality. They are positioned solely as “healing” or “assistance.” Reality shall begin to shift only through the client’s own effort and action.

 

(4) Sensations and Effects

Energy work does not guarantee perceptible sensations. The recipient’s condition, openness, and compatibility with the energy may affect experience. Even absent sensation, the energy shall be deemed delivered. No complaints or refund claims shall be accepted based on subjective perception or lack thereof. Results may vary by individual.

 

(5) No Cancellations or Refunds

Upon placement of an order, preparations for the Services shall commence. Orders shall not be cancellable for any reason, and no refunds shall be provided.

 

(6) Price Changes

Service fees shall be subject to review and may change without notice.

 

(7) Real-Time Attunements

For real-time attunements of Western Usui Reiki or Lightarian Reiki, if no reply is received by ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled time, the session shall be deemed canceled. Rescheduling shall be arranged at a later date; however, immediate rescheduling may not be possible. As time slots are reserved with adjustments to other requests, no refunds shall be provided.

 

(8) Same-Day No-Shows

For Services requiring scheduled appointments, unauthorized same-day cancellations shall incur a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the fee as preparation and administrative costs. The remaining balance, less transfer fees, shall be refunded. Exceptions may apply.

 

(9) Support

Support services shall be valid only if the client raises specific questions or requests. No refunds shall be provided if the support period is not effectively utilized due to the client’s failure to initiate communication.

 

(10) Age Restrictions

Applications shall be limited to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Individuals aged sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) may apply only through a guardian. Services shall not be provided to those under sixteen (16). The Salon and Yuzuki disclaim all liability for any issues arising from fraudulent applications.

 

(11) Information Disclaimer

All information provided on this site is published with due care but without warranty as to accuracy or completeness. The Salon and Yuzuki disclaim all liability for damages arising from imitation sites. URLs and information may change without notice.

 

(12) Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Energy work, including attunements and healings, shall not be deemed a substitute for medical treatment. Under Japanese law, energy work shall not be positioned as medical practice. No warranties or guarantees of medical efficacy shall be made.

 

(13) Prohibited Consultation Topics

The Salon and Yuzuki shall not provide consultation regarding matters of life or death, academic results, illness, politics, stocks, FX, investments, gambling, or curses.

 

(14) Basic Courtesy

The Salon and Yuzuki reserve the right to refuse service to individuals lacking common social courtesy or respect.

 

(15) Content Disclaimer

The Salon and Yuzuki handle matters relating to deities, ascended masters, angels, spiritual beings, the universe, energy work, spirituality, and other topics. No guarantee shall be made that such content will not cause discomfort to viewers.

 

(16) No Religious Affiliation

The Salon and Yuzuki are not affiliated with any religion.

 

(17) Payments

All payments shall be made immediately via PayPal.

If payment via PayPal invoice or other method is preferred, payment shall be completed within five (5) days of communication from the Salon, inclusive of weekends and holidays.

 

(18) Delivery of Services

While every effort shall be made to deliver promptly and carefully, Yuzuki, as the proprietor of the Salon, manages multiple responsibilities. On rare occasions, delivery may be delayed due to urgent matters or travel.

 

(19) Feedback

Feedback provided may be published on the site or blog. Anonymity shall be preserved; additional care will be taken if necessary. If you do not wish your feedback to be published, please indicate “Private Request” when placing your order or at the end of your message.

 

(20) Individual Experiences

Experiences and impressions, including those of Yuzuki, are personal opinions and shall not be deemed guarantees of identical outcomes for all clients.

 

(21) Agreement to Terms

By applying for or purchasing Services, you shall be deemed to have agreed to this Disclaimer & Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

 

(22) Changes to Content

Provision of Services and related content may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.

 

(23) No Returns or Cancellations

Orders, once completed, shall not be cancellable or returnable.

 

(24) Prohibited Use

All texts, Services, materials, messages, support content, protected URLs, and passwords provided by the Salon, affiliated sites, and Yuzuki shall not be reproduced, copied, reused, distributed, modified, translated, resold, transferred, lent, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
